ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

NOVEMBER 7, 2011

12:30 P.M. Called meeting to order. Present: Richard B. Gorden, Ellen W.

            Abelson and Mark J. Mazur.

1.   The Board reviewed several documents related to the setting of the Fiscal

Year  2012 tax rate: the LA3 Sales Report: the LA4 Assessment Classification

Report and the LA15 Interim Year Adjustment Report.

2.   The Board signed the Fiscal Year 2012 LA4 Assessment Classification Report,

      LA3 Sales Report and the LA15 Interim Year Adjustment Report.

3.   The Board granted a Fiscal Year 2012 Preliminary Tax Adjustment for the

      owner of Parcel 42-39.

4.   The Board reviewed documentation related to the settlement agreement with

      New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC that covers appeals from the Fiscal Years

      2006 through 2012.

5.   The Board discussed plans to find a replacement for our Senior Clerk who has     

      taken a job in another community.

6.   The Board reviewed a proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2013. The Board will

      consider it further before making a final decision.

7.   The Board will hold their next meeting at 12:30 P.M.on Monday, November

      21, 2011.
